Dax Shepard has finally popped the question to Kristen Bell. The duo have been dating since January of 2008. Shepard, 35, and Bell, 29, were seen together for the first time with Bell sporting the ring on her finger to show off to the public at Sunday night's Grammy Awards. The engagement took place over the holidays according to Bell's publicist.
As reported on Us Bell told Women's Health of her relationship with Shepard,
"I've learned the necessity for healthy communication. How important it is to talk about your deepest, darkest fears and feelings," she says. "Your partner should hear your most embarrassing insecurities, because once you say them out loud, you've created a safe zone."
