Brooke Shields dons her comedy hat on the big screen along side Brendan Fraser in Furry Vengeance out nationwide on Friday. Shields opens up to Parade magazine about how she keeps in shape, is an organization freak, and on working with Brendan Fraser.
ON BEING IN SHAPE:
"It's sort of a cliche, but it's definitely been post-children and just surviving my 30's. It sounds so granola, but I sort of celebrate what I do have rather than what I don't have. You spend so many of your early years, or I did, focusing on the things that I wasn't. I was never petite. I was always getting unfavorably compared to other people. Finally, I started saying, 'You know what, I am going to wear heels. I don't care if I'm 6'4" when I wear heels. Why should I compromise?' There's something freeing about not wanting to look 22 anymore. So as I've gotten older, I've given myself a little bit more of a break."
ON ALWAYS BEING ORGANIZED:
ON WORKING WITH BRENDAN FRASER:
"I landed on the ground and I was like, 'I think my nose is broken.' I wasn't going to admit how much it hurt. But it was nothing compared to the hits Brendan took. He's maniacal. The closer he gets to pain, the more he laughs, it's like a weird thing. I'd have ice packs waiting for him. I'd have different drinks like Red Bull and green tea. I'd be like, 'He doesn't realize he's going to need a Band-Aid now, but soon he's going to need some Neosporin.'"
Something tells us this will be a great flick to check out!

Such a strange film. The bad guys, including the cops, were super bad, and the women, mothers and whores, were all sufferin' and noble like. Eastwood had that same problem with "El Torino," and the most interesting thing in "that" movie was the car, and the cars looked purdy darn good in "The Changeling" as well.
