Kellie Pickler is one of those country artists who somehow made it and still continues to be relevant after appearing on American Idol. With all the success the singer has had so far she is probably the happiest right now. The country cutie (to some) has announced she is engaged.
As People reports,
... when Pickler's boyfriend, songwriter Kyle Jacobs, proposed on a Florida beach at sunset.
"It turned out to be the most amazing day of my life," the fifth-season American Idol star, 23, tells PEOPLE. "My whole world changed. We both feel like we got my grandmother's blessing."
Congrats to both Pickler and Jacobs!
