First Look at Simon Cowell's New Show, 'X Factor'

Here's our first look at Simon Cowell's new reality competition show X Factor. Don't expect Simon to be the grumpy prude he was on American Idol. What we see from this clip is a much different Simon.

As for the rest of the judges, L.A. Reid, Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger... well their not so nice, watch and see.

The X Factor premieres September 21 & 22 at 8/7c on FOX.
