Is the former Hills hottie Lauren Conrad dating Dancing With the Stars professional dancer Derek Hough?

Life & Style says not only are they dating, but their relationship is heating up with a very public make-out session recently.

"They were all over each other and making out like crazy," the friend reveals to Life & Style, adding that LC is really falling for the 26-year-old hottie. Just don't expect to see her in the DWTS audience cheering on Derek and partner Ricki Lake. Says the friend, "She's more under the radar than that."
