Mischa Barton was at one time really skinny before she became (to put it politely) larger. Now the former O.C. actress is posing with what in her mouth? How about a big raw steak, and no this isn't for one of those PETA ads either it's for for celebrity photographer Tyler Shields who is known for photographing celebrities in interesting situations.
