Wilmer Valderrama and Minka Kelly are they an item?

Here's what we know as E! News is reporting.

- Wilmer denied a relationship with Minka on Ryan Seacrest's radio show last week.

- The duo are headed to Australia together, Minka tweeted, "Here we come Sydney!!" While Wilmer Tweeted "taking off."

- The two did grab food at Pink Taco in Los Angeles last Thursday. They were not very flirtatious.

- Wilmer did admit to Ryan Seacrest that he and Minka have been "friends" for a very long time.
