Patrick Dempsey may just play a doctor on TV, but in real life he proved that he also has some mad people-saving skills.
A teenage boy was pulled to safety by the Grey's Anatomy star after his car flipped over in-front of Patrick's Malibu, CA home last week.
The rescue victim appeared on Good Morning America on Monday to explain. (Video Above)

But Dempsey saw the car flip and used a crow bar to pry the doors open. He pulled the teenager to safety and called paramedics, who airlifted Masset to the hospital.
His first words on seeing Dempsey pulling him out of the wreck were, "'Are you famous?" and Dempsey said, "Yeah I'm a doctor," Masset said.
Dempsey called the boy's mother to inform her of the situation.
"He had a certain authority in his voice," said Masset's mother Mary Beth Masset. "I asked if he was a paramedic and he said no, 'this is Patrick Dempsey.'"
Every female in America right now is probably thinking the same thing. "Why wasn't that me?!"
