Is Sofia Vergara Engaged To Nick Loeb?!!

Is Sofia Vergara engaged?!

According to a report on Us magazine's website, the Modern Family actress is now engaged to her on again/off again boyfriend Nick Loeb.

Sofia who just turned 40 on Tuesday was asked by her boyfriend to marry him during a visit to Chichen Itza, some Mayan ruins near the Rosewood Mayakoba resort where the couple were staying during a vacation.

The duo have been know to have fights and break up... let's hope this time they stay together!

According to TMZ, Sofia is wearing what looks like an engagment ring, but accoridng to her rep is NOT one.
