Heidi Montag Has Come A Long Way Physically Since Her Days on 'The Hills'

Looking over photos from this past weekend's events in the world of celebrity and pop culture - we couldn't help but notice how different Heidi Montag looks. With all those surgeries - this is not the same woman we remember from The Hills. WTF!!

Above, Heidi's latest and only gig, really, is appearing at a strip club in Vegas.

Looks like life after The Hills didn't work out so well for everyone.
