Justin Bieber Vomits On Stage, Keeps Singing (VIDEO)

Justin Bieber is a pretty smooth guy on stage so when he got sick and vomited one would think that he would miss a step... WRONG!

While playing for a crowd on Sunday night in Glendale, AZ the Biebs got sick and puked on stage.

He had to leave the stage twice due to the illness, but he completed the whole set.
