Amanda Bynes might be the new Lindsay Lohan!

After one arrest for drunk driving on April 6, you think Amanda would have learned her lesson... Nope!

Around 10:30 p.m., Bynes, 26, was spotted "holding up traffic and doing an incredibly slow ... 3-point turn in the middle of Robertson [Blvd.]," an eyewitness tells PEOPLE of the incident on the major thoroughfare.

"It was taking forever and she finally made it into the driveway," the eyewitness adds. "She looked wobbly – I guess it could have been the heels since she was wearing sky-high nude pumps, but she did seem out of it."

After neglecting to pay the valet (who had to chase her down for the $8 charge), Bynes, who looked quite thin according to the witness, and a male friend went into SUR restaurant and bar.

Oh boy, this could be a terrible, terrible train wreck!

And all this despite that fact that her father denies she drinks...

Someone is Hollywood wants/needs more Twitter followers and is willing to show a little skin to acquire them. Sweet starlet Amanda Bynes is following up her act in 2010 of quitting acting and Twitter before returning to acting and Twitter with these photos of her showing  a little skin.

Amanda Bynes tends to make more press these days about quitting things than anything else. In June the 24 year-old actress had used Twitter to tell her fans that she was "quitting acting." Soon after she announced she would act again Tweeting,  "I've unretired."

Now she can't Tweet anymore about quitting because she's deleted her Twitter account.

Bynes appears this the new flick, Easy A out Friday.

We hope she "unretires" from Twitter!

For real? Was this a PR stunt? I mean come on??! Amanda Bynes is a pretty girl she shouldn't have to go to these lengths to get attention, but it seems only weeks after Tweeting that she was retiring from acting the What I Like About You actress has just "unretired"herself Tweeting,

i've unretired

And we're so happy she's back!

Say it isn't so. Just as the movie She's The Man aired on ABC Saturday night Amanda Bynes Tweeted that she was retiring from acting at the age of 24.

As she Tweeted,

Bynes started acting at 10 and got her own series on Nickelodeon called The Amanda Show.

She continued to Tweet,

Just a side note moments before she Tweeted to the world of her retirement, she also Tweeted about her love preference,

Ahh, yeah.

We will miss seeing Bynes, she was great opposite Jennie Garth in the sitcom, What I Like About You. AND of course, how could we forget that fact she topped Maxim magazine in February of 2010.

Bynes last acting gig will be in Easy A, a high school comedy due out in September.

Amanda Bynes is one of those Hollywood girls you could actually take home to mom and tell her you want to marry her and she would probably give you a hug... at least until she were to see the photos of the What I Like About You actress in the February issue of Maxim.

Bynes, who we all remember growing up as that girl from Nickelodeon isn't all about kids anymore, it's about marketing herself to men and the girlfriends of those men who read Maxim.

She tells Maxim,

Leonardo DiCaprio does "sexy movies?" Oh please, that was so Titanic. It's all about Robert Pattinson now.
