Have you ever been walking around Wal-Mart or Stein Mart and grown frustrated at the lack of clothes that appeal to the inner rock star in you? The one that strives to look like a tired, malnourished, and homeless looking rocker who may or may not have a drug problem? Guess what, tweens of America? Look no further. I have some great news for you!

Jessica Simpson has named her sister Ashlee as the co-creative director for a new fashion line aimed at tweens. Yep, that's you! Women's Wear Daily is reporting it will be part of the Jessica Simpson Collection and will feature sportswear and activewear. "Creating a tween apparel collection was a natural extension for the brand," Jessica told WWD. "I'm excited to bring my sister, Ashlee, along as co-creative director of this division, because she brings a savvy rocker edge that defines today's tweens."

Can’t you just imagine an 11 year old’s version of this?

I do love the idea of a Jessica Simpson activewear line. Can you get running shorts for those long days walking around a country fair eating funnel cake? Maybe there is a sports bra especially made for eating wings?

Then it occurred to me that this is just another reason I need to become famous. If I build some sort of empire I can find jobs for my family too. Jessica employs her father as her manager, mother as her stylist, and now her sister as her "co-creative director" of a clothing line for 11 year olds.

So Megan (my sister), if you reading this, I have a plan. I will make millions of dollars starting an activewear line of my own. The Kate Casey Collection will feature the finest fabrics for all your yoga, running, and Badminton needs. You will be named co-creative director of the new women's tennis wear line. I will announce the decision to name you to the new position and compliment your ability to bring that uptight New Jersey housewife edge that defines today's ladies of leisure style. I will point out your eye for designing camel-toe-free tennis skirts and matching faux fur sweater vests. And then we can retire early, buy a compound in Maui, and get started on our next project: a line of couture hand weights for "women on the go." Nepotism at its finest!

Ashlee Simpson Pushed For Divorce From Pete Wentz

It's official that is was Ashlee Simpson seeking a divorce from her husband Pete Wentz.

A statement from the couple about the divorce was posted on TMZ.

The couple just released a joint statement, saying, "After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to file for divorce.

We remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our number one priority. We ask that everyone honor our privacy as we navigate this next phase of our lives."

The couple got hitched in May of 2008.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz Did Have A Nose Job According to Dad Joe Simpson

After months... no forget that... after years of speculation it's true, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz went the way of Ashley Tisdale and had a nose job.

Ashlee's dad Joe Simpson confirmed the long held rumor to Fox News as reported by Us.

"Girls have their own ideas," he shrugged. "Anyway, there was a real problem with her breathing and that was cured."

The operation was conducted in May of 2006. And just like Ashley Tisdale, we love the new... well now old nose! Oh, and Ashlee if opens his mouth about your nose, he might be needing a nose job of his own. We might know someone in the Black Eyed Peas camp that would deliver.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz & Pete Wentz Need More Room For Baby Making!

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz & hubby Pete Wentz are selling their Hollywood home in order to make more room. The couple would like to add a brother(s) or sister(s) for son Bronx who's 15 months old. The $4 Million, five bedroom home is too small for that to happen according to Ashlee.

Ashlee - who already has a 15-month-old son Bronx Mowgli with the musician - said: "We'd love to have more kids. I love being a mother. We're together all the time."

Speaking about his desire to extend their family, Pete, 30, said: "Everything is awesome about being a dad. Eventually we want to be able to have our own soccer team!"

Joe Simpson Stands Up For His Daughters

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz'S newest venture is a stint on Broadway starring at Roxy in the hit Chicago. At the opening night performance Joe Simpson stood up to rumors and comments made about his two daughters.

As Us reports,

"We as a family are under a lot pressure," Simpson said, adding that people want "to make us look bad and wants us to fail."

While Ashlee, 25, and husband Pete Wentz doted on baby Bronx, who just turned one, she was also recently fired from the CW's Melrose Place.

"It was never a loss," her father says of the Melrose burn. "The world says whatever it says. [The world], again, always want to make it look like we'r'e failures but we're really just a family that works hard."

Such is life, but we do have to give Jessica credit for staying strong! She just might be the most secretly loved girl in Hollywood.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz Cut From 'Melrose Place'

Well that didn't last too long. Maybe as long as her performance on SNL. Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Colin Egglesfield are no longer a "guest star" on the new Melrose Place.

As People reports,

The decision to cut the two actors has been “the original plan going into the development of the show,” executive producer Todd Slavkin tells EW. “We felt that once the murder mystery [involving their characters] was resolved, the tone of the show was going to shift … and [Simpson-Wentz's] character would move on.”

In a statement released after the announcement, Simpson-Wentz said, “Having the chance to play Violet on Melrose Place has been a thrill. Although I always knew her story would come to a final, insanely unpredictable end, playing a creepy, unstable character was something I always wanted to do, so I jumped at the chance. Thanks to the CW and the entire cast and crew of Melrose Place for allowing me this opportunity.”

From CSI to Melrose Place, not bad so far.
