Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds had other things to do over Oscars weekend besides attending high-class events and walking the red carpet.

The newly married couple visited patients at Health Sciences North in Ontario, Canada. They both wore scrubs and posed with young kids, newborn babies and their parents.

According to Gossip Cop the spokesperson for the hospital said:

“Mr. Reynolds and Ms. Lively were wonderful with the children. I can tell you the visit was really appreciated by the kids, their parents, and the staff on the unit.”

And this is why we love Ryan and Blake! Maybe Chris Brown and Rihanna should take a cue.
