"Attention all Media. I don't even know Kate Upton personally!" the 43-year-old rapper and mogul wrote. "I'm not dating her! What's being reported is not true. END of story!"
She tweeted:

According to a new report on the New York Daily News website, the duo have been seen together about a month ago making out at a nightclub in Miami.
An eyewitness told the newspaper:
“They were kissing, they weren’t hiding it."
He tweeted that night:
“Miami ... Ain’t no party like a party ... Meet me at Club Liv 2nite #CIROCBOYZ in the building!!!”
After the night they were spotted together again having dinner in NYC.
The source said, “They were having dinner together."
Kate was dating Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander up until just before Valentine's Day.
Diddy is 43, while Kate is only 20. Yup.
