Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital on Monday night after suffering what RadarOnline is reporting as a seizure, anorexia, among other substance abuse issues.

This stems from the stress she has endured since her soon-to-be ex-husband Aston Kutcher was caught cheating on her.

"She collapsed after having an epileptic seizure," the source said about the frightening medical emergency.

The report continued,

"Demi is in getting treated for anorexia, as well as other issues that caused her seizure," the source said.

"She has not taken care of her health at all lately and has lost a ton of weight."

The actress is reportedly seeking help for substance abuse as well.

We wish her well, as this also caused her to drop out of the Linda Lovelace bio-pic in which she was to play Gloria Steinem.

Could all this divorce talk around Demi Moore affect her eating and thus making her super-skinny? Possibly so, but the actress addressed the issue in the February issue of Harper's Bazaar.

"I think I sit today in a place of greater acceptance of my body, and that includes not just my weight but all of the things that come with your changing body as you age to now experiencing my body as extremely thin – thin in a way that I never imagined somebody would be saying to me, 'You're too thin, and you don't look good.'"

So see people, nothing to be concerned about.

She does admit that it is a struggle to maintain a healthy body image-

"I have had a love-hate relationship with my body," she says. "When I'm at the greatest odds with my body, it's usually because I feel my body's betraying me, whether that’s been in the past, struggling with my weight and feeling that I couldn't eat what I wanted to eat, or that I couldn't get my body to do what I wanted it to do."

So her body is not the issue, just the rest of her life, which she seems to be handling quite well!
