Denise Richards welcomed another little one into her life --  the 40 year-old actress has adopted a baby girl.

"Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise's mom (Joni), and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise," the rep says. "Denise and Eloise's big sisters couldn't be happier and feel incredibly blessed."

We're sure she couldn't be happier!

Denise has two children from her previous marriage with Charlie Sheen.

Odd pairing? Maybe not considering that she was married to Charlie Sheen. Rumors are floating that Denise Richards is dating Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx

According to Us,

Richards and Sixx, 52, "have been neighbors for years. They have a lot in common and are taking things slowly."

Because all former rock stars take things slow!

Denise Richards did her best at attempting Take Me Out To The Ball Game at a Chicago Cubs game last week. The video (above) speaks for itself. We suggest only turning the volume up to about 50.

Maybe she should have taken some pointers from Ashlee Simpson and just lip synced Take Me Out To The Ball Game rather than actually sing it.

But she's an actress, never claimed to be a singer, and for that and dealing with Charlie Sheen's bullshit as long as she did- We love her.

P.S. She attended the game with her dad, and apparently she was rumored to be eying Cubs first baseman Derrek Lee.
