Donald Trump likes to dish it out but when it comes back to him from a comedian... he's not laughing... at all!!

Here's what happened: Bill Maher and Donald reportedly put in writing that if Trump could prove he's not actually the son of an orangutan - yes, the animal - which Maher joked that he is, then the comedian would have to write a large check to a charity of Trump's choice.

And apparently Donald can't take a joke and is suing Bill for $5 million because he feels that Bill didn't live up to what he promised.

The Donald did show his birth certificate.

Bill responded on Twitter with:

"What?? Really? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha"

Donald Trump will not be running for President of the United States, as ABC News is reporting the reality show/real estate mogul said in a statement.

"The Donald" still believes in his mind that he could win the whole thing, but his heart is still in the private sector.

After considerable deliberation and reflection, I have decided not to pursue the office of the Presidency. This decision does not come easily or without regret; especially when my potential candidacy continues to be validated by ranking at the top of the Republican contenders in polls across the country. I maintain the strong conviction that if I were to run, I would be able to win the primary and ultimately, the general election. I have spent the past several months unofficially campaigning and recognize that running for public office cannot be done half heartedly. Ultimately, however, business is my greatest passion and I am not ready to leave the private sector.

As predicted, after-all would Donald really want to spend all his money on a losing campaign.? No, he only loses money in bankruptcy and divorces... Just saying.

Donald Trump loves to dish it out, but now that President Obama is taking in the congrats on getting Bin Laden what is The Donald to do right now but turn his fight against someone else -- that someone is David Letterman.

During a taping of The Late Show on Thursday night in which Dr. Phil was Letterman's guest, the talk show host took to bashing The Donald saying,

"My point is it's all fun, it's all circus, it's all a rodeo, until it starts to smack of racism," he said. "And then it's no longer fun... I have heard enough really smart people to convince me that yes, that is very, very insulting... How can you say things like that if you're not a racist?"

Letterman has had Trump on his show several times over the years, but if he were to ever return Letterman would expect an apology from Trump to President Obama.

Trump sent Letterman a letter in response to his criticism,

"I was disappointed to hear the statements you made about me last night on your show that I was a 'racist,'" Trump wrote. "In actuality, nothing could be further from the truth and there is nobody who is less of a racist than Donald Trump... Based upon your statements, and despite the fact that we have always done so well together, especially in your ratings, I am canceling my May 18th appearance on your show."

A long list of celebs have spoken out against Trump and his comments, that list includes Seth Meyers, Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Maher, and Robert De Niro.

Something tells us we haven't seen the last of this.

Donald Trump has a new enemy and it's not in his boardroom. Ever since Robert De Niro spoke out in an interview about Mr. Trump the sparks have flown.

Robert De Niro is upset with Donald Trump over recent comments he made towards President Obama.

At the Tribeca Film Festival on Saturday during an interview with Brian Williams of NBC News De Niro said,

"I won't mention names, but certain people in the news the last couple weeks, just, what are they doing?" De Niro said. "It's crazy. They're making statements about people that they don't even back up. Go get the facts before you start saying things about people."

"It's like a big hustle; It's like being a car salesman," De Niro added. "Don't go out there and say things unless you can back them up. How dare you? That's awful to do. To just go out and speak and say these terrible things? Unless you just wanna get over and get the job. It's crazy."

Of course no comment towards Trump would be complete without a reaction from The Donald himself, telling Fox & Friends during an interview.

"Well he’s not the brightest bulb on the planet, I’ve been watching him over the years and I like his acting, but you know in terms of when I watch him doing interviews and various other things, we’re not dealing with Albert Einstein."
