Hayden Panettiere has confirmed that she is indeed engaged to her longtime on again, off again boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko during an appearance on Live! with Kelly and Michael on Wednesday morning.

She showed off her new ring and said,

“I think it speaks for herself."

Hayden Panettiere opens up in the May issue of Glamour magazine in which she covers. In the magazine she talks about fame from being a child actress to today with her successful hit ABC show Nashville.

She told the mag:

"I came up in the Messy Generation. The generation of the disaster child."

"It's not that I didn't go to clubs, have my picture taken," she added. "I was 16 years old. I was experimenting just like any kid. But I had friends and family around me to yank me back when I was heading in the wrong direction. "

"The thing that really saved me was that I still had that healthy fear of my parents -- I still had a midnight curfew at 18!"

On being a role model to other young women:

"I will never say that I'm perfect; I will never pretend to be perfect," she said. "That's just unrealistic. You're kind of unexpectedly put in this position of becoming a role model; that's not something you choose."

On some day getting married and starting a family:

"I don't really have a plan. I've lived a very big life, and I don't feel my age, and I feel like I was born to be a mother.”

"Motherhood is the most beautiful, exciting thing, and there's nothing that I feel like I can't accomplish while having children in my life," she added. "I would sacrifice having more years of being wherever I want whenever I want for years with my kids."

Hayden is currently back with her ex-beau Wladmir Klitschko; they have even been rumored to be engaged.

Recent photos of her showing up online with her wearing what looks like an engagement ring tend to prove to the naysayers wrong.

A pic posted to friend Kate York’s Instagram account on Saturday shows Hayden being held by on-again boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko wearing said ring.

According to a source that told Us Weekly, they are planning a wedding together.

"Very few people know, and she isn't wearing her ring publicly yet."

According to TMZ, the duo were spotted making out on Sunday at the American Airlines Arena during the Miami Heat game.

The couple dated for two-years before ending their relationship in 2011.

According to a report on Celebuzz, Hayden traveled to Dubai to meet up with him.

“She was shopping at Mall of The Emirates, and Wlad was with her,” said eyewitness Zina M., who asked to keep her last name anonymous. “Hayden even leaned in to peck him.”

“She more like nuzzled him, because you can’t really kiss in public in Dubai,” Zina continued. “They’re definitely more than friends.”

“Wlad was sitting down listening to his iPod and she was shoe shopping. No one recognized Hayden, but there are so many Russians in Dubai, so they all recognized him!”

Hayden recently broke things off with her ex-boyfriend NFL player Scotty McKnight.

The Nashville star haS broken things off with her football player boyfriend Scotty McKnight.

One source tells us, "They will probably be back together sometime down the road."
