[TMZ]According to law enforcement, Dr. Frank Ryan's Jeep went over the side of Pacific Coast Highway yesterday at around 4:30 PM. The Jeep landed on rocks and lifeguards initially tried to help Ryan, to no avail.He was coming back from an adventure trip, TMZ posted his last Tweets,
Dr. Ryan's other celebrity patients include Gene Simmons, Shauna Sand, Vince Neil and Adrianne Curry.Minutes before the crash, Ryan Tweeted, "After 25 years of driving by, I finally hiked to the top of the giant sand dune on the pch west of Malibu. Much harder than it looks! Whew!"
Ryan's last Tweet before he died, "Border collie jill surveying the view from atop the sand dune." Ryan posted the picture below with his Tweet. Law enforcement tells us the dog was injured but survived.
"I love Heidi but our marriage was a show – it was part of The Hills world," Pratt said Friday. "And that world is on a sound stage."
Spencer goes on to say,
"Some say if you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen, Well, Heidi couldn't handle King Spencer's fame so she got out of the marriage."Oh please, get over yourself Spencer! You have a good a chance of landing another gig in Hollywood as Lindsay Lohan.

The reality star took to Twitter early Monday to reveal his dire straits. "Booking my room at Roosevelt Hotel Hollywood now that I have no place to live I think I should just move in there today stay near the action, " he Tweeted.
