James Franco Tells Howard Stern That He Turned Down Sex With Lindsay Lohan

James Franco wanted nothing to do with Lindsay Lohan romantically when he worked with the actress on the film, Liz & Dick.

James opened up to Howard Stern on this SiriusXM show on Monday about that very subject.

"You turned down sex with Lindsay Lohan, didn't you?" Stern asked Franco. "Back then when she was a lot hotter?"

"Oh, gosh. Poor Lindsay," Franco replied. "I haven't talked to her in a while. . . We were friends."

"My house in L.A. was being redone, so I did this thing where I just stayed at the hotel, and she had been living there for a couple years," Franco recalled.

"I mean, I don't want to brag about it, I don't know how that got out... was having issues even then, so you feel weird," Franco explained. "Honestly, she was a friend. I've met a lot of people that are troubled and sometimes you don't want to do that."

And would he admit to dating his current girlfriend, Ashley Benson?

"Let's say I'm dating," Franco said coyly. "I'm getting older. I would like a long-term relationship."

Time will tell.

James Franco and Ashley Benson might as well just go into video production together. It seems that all they do is crank out funny vids of themselves being goofy.

Point here: their own version of their Spring Breakers' co-star Selena Gomez’s Love You Like A Love Song.

They have previously spoofed Justin Bieber's Boyfriend.

Ashley Benson Addesses Justin Bieber Parody She and James Franco Made (PHOTO)

Ashley Benson covers the April issue of Seventeen magazine and addresses the heat that she and her actor boyfriend James Franco took for the parody of Justin Bieber's Boyfriend music video that they made.

The video went viral and made headlines - Justin was some upset about the whole thing.

"I haven't heard from Selena! People thought that I was being mean, but I was just doing what the girl did in the video. It wasn't a jab at her."

"But I heard from Justin. He wasn't happy. Justin is like my little brother since he and my ex are so close. Anytime you go through a breakup, the friends get defensive. But all is well in that area now."

How about her new hot role in the upcoming movie Spring Breakers:

"We all came from a Disney background, and this was different from anything we've done, but we wanted to prove that we're not just girls who play happy parts. It was such a crazy experience and it was character-building. I'm so proud of all of us. I'm really, really excited for everybody to see it."

Ashley also stars on the hit ABC Family channel show, Pretty Little Liars.

James Franco likes to do some side projects every now and then when he has some downtime from filming big Hollywood blockbusters.

Here we have a video of James spoof of Justin Bieber's hit Boyfriend.

Also in the video is Pretty Little Liars actress Ashley Benson and girlfriend of Franco dancing provocatively in a brunette wig.

James Franco's Band Daddy, New Music Video 'Can’t Say Goodbye' Features Childhood Footage (VIDEO)

Perhaps you might learn more about James Franco in this short video than you possibly ever will.

Franco released a video for his band Daddy's song, Can't Say Goodbye featuring home movies of the actor's childhood.

The video and song have special meaning for Franco who told MTV:

“The song is really sad for me, actually. When I was in Detroit, my father died, so I wrote a song kind of about it.

“Then my mother had recently dug up all the home movies that she had, so we thought it would be a good connection if we used those images for this song.”

Vanessa Hudgens on 'Spring Breakers' Threesome Scene, "I told my agent that I never want to do it ever again."

Let's just say that Vanessa Hudgens has come a long way since her days starring in High School Musical - for her latest role in the upcoming film, Spring Breakers she has a threesome with her co-stars James Franco and Ashley Benson.

The actress opened up to Glow magazine about the scene saying:

“It was very nerve-racking for me.”

“I told my agent that I never want to do it ever again."

Since the film it was revealed that Franco is dating Benson, so it looks as though two of the three saw benefits from the scene!

The film, about college girls who rob a restaurant to finance their vacation and wind up working with a drug dealer. We know not a very exciting plot, but the fact that they're in bikinis sure helps... Just saying...

Spring Breakers will be released on March 5.

The song's video is directed by James Franco.
