Jon Stewart & Stephen Colbert Extension Contracts with Comedy Central

The mid-term elections will soon be upon us, and no need to worry where you can get your satirical political commentary. Stephen Colbert and John Stewart have both extended their contracts with Comedy Central. The Daily Show host John Stewart's contract will run thru June of 2013 and The Colbert Report host Stephen Colbert's contract will keep him at the comedy channel through the end of 2012.

That means the new deals keep the Emmy and Peabody Award-winning talent at the helms of their late night institutions through Indecision 2012!
