Kate Upton is the object of many people's desire, so when she opened up to Elle magazine for their September issue in which she covers that she felt objectified after her first Sports Illustrated shoot in 2012, we were kind of shocked.

She told the mag:

"After my first Sports Illustrated cover, I felt terrible about myself for a solid month. Every single guy I met was either married or about to be married, and I felt like I was their bachelor present or something.”

She continues:

“I’m not a toy, I’m a human. I’m not here to be used. I am a grown woman, and you need to figure your sh*t out.”

And on how she is treated by others:

“People deal with models like they are children. They think they can pull one over on you. It’s actually funny.”

“I’m always like, I’m about to pull something on you, and you’re so focused on thinking I’m dumb you’re not even going to know."

Jake Davidson, the high school senior who made a YouTube video pitch to Kate Upton asking her to his prom, only to have a "maybe" response got another surprise over the weekend.

Though Kate couldn't take him due to a scheduling conflict, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Nina Agdal did.

The high school senior was all about his runner-up date. He posted a photo to Instagram and Twitter with the caption,

“ you are the best! thanks so much for everything"

To which she responded,

“Had such a great prom night. Thank you for being an awesome date!”

Too bad she's now rumored to be dating Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.

Besides the height difference - Nina and Jake look pretty good together... watch out Adam!

So what high school senior guy wouldn't want to have Kate Upton as his date to the prom.

Well for one lucky senior that's just what he did, asked Kate to his prom in a video he posted online.

Jake Davidson, a high-school senior in Los Angeles, filmed a cute video inviting the 20-year-old supermodel to his prom.

"You had me at hello. You are the yin to my yang," Davidson says. "I'm Jewish, 5'9" on a really good day, and I can't dance. At all. You're Christian, 5'10" and that 'Cat Daddy' video should've won an Oscar for best short film. You could say this is destiny."

Kate responded on Twitter.

"How could I turn down that video! I'll check my schedule."

To which he replied:

"You truly are incredible, just responding made my year, thanks so much! P.S. Hope your schedule is free!"

On Wednesday he appeared on The Today Show to tell his story, where he got a suprise phone call. Check out the video below.
