Kate Walsh is arguably one of the most beautiful and talented actresses in Hollywood, and the starlet has no problem showing off her beauty on the cover of Shape magazine... nude!

The Private Practice star goes sans clothes on the March 2012 cover.

Why naked at 44 years-old? She tells the mag,

“Right now, I feel really healthy, confident, and sexy. I’m enjoying my 40s and wanted to share that.”

“Is it a mid-life crisis?” she adds. “I do drive a Porsche, so maybe it is!”

We can't complain with that!

Kate Walsh opens up in the April 2011 issue of More magazine. The Private Practice star talks about her divorce in the media eye, and not having any children.

On her tabloid divorcefrom Alex Young:
"Oh my God. The worst thing ever. It was so public, and yet it was so legal-embroiled. You couldn't talk about anything..."

On not having children:
"I feel like a loser. I would definitely love to be a parent. But I definitely don't think I want to do it on my own. Things are just going to go the way they go... I thought I'd be married and have three or four kids. I always knew I wanted to be an actress, but I think I always wanted a quote-unquote normal life because I had a very untraditional upbringing."

Kate got a divorce in 2008 after only a year of marriage from her film executive ex-husband Alex Young.
