Why is NY Governor Andrew Cuomo Upset With Khloe Kardashian Over a T-Shirt?!!

Why is New York Governor Cuomo upset with Khloe Kardashian?

Apparently a high-end clothing company is producing a line run by Khloe and her hubby NBA player Lamar Odom with the emblem that looks very much like the New York State logo.

According to the New York Daily News the state has issued a letter to the couple to stop production or the state will sue.

From NYDN:

State officials believe the logo resembles one the state Department of Agriculture created to identify food grown in New York. The state’s

“Pride of New York” symbol features the Statue of Liberty overlooking a farm, and the state’s name appears in a font similar to how it is printed on the Rich Soil shirt.

“The State of New York has invested substantial time, effort and resources creating the respect and goodwill associated with the trademark,” Susan Rosenthal, a lawyer for the Department of Agriculture, argued in a letter sent to Rich Soil on Friday.

Khloe Kardashian Covers 'Redbook' Doesn't Feel Pressure To Get Pregnant (PHOTO)

Khloe Kardashian doesn't have any envy of her sister Kim Kardashian who is pregnant with her first child, while Khloe has had trouble conceiving.

Khloe, opening up in the June issue of Redbook magazine in which she covers, says that she doesn't worry about getting pregnant.

"I do think my difficulty getting pregnant has helped a lot of women. Do I wish people would quit asking me about it 24/7? Yes, but I don’t regret it."

She continues,

"I was 26 when that started, and I admit, I didn’t know a lot about my body. It was hard for me to understand what was happening because my mom had six kids and Kourtney got pregnant quickly."

"People assume I’m desperate for a baby," she says. "And yes, I would love to have a baby. But I'm 28, and I've been married three and a half years. I love my life, but it doesn't feel incomplete right now."

And on Kim:

"Please. People want to assume that I’m devastated, I couldn’t be happier. I actually got mad at Kourtney, because she was afraid to tell me at first. So I get why people think I’m hurt, because my own sister thought I would be."

On her relationship with Kim's baby-daddy, Kanye West?

"I love Kanye," Khloe gushes. "We’ve known him since 2004. He always had a crush on Kim, but she was never into him at the time. I’d always told Kim they were like two peas in a pod, and she would never listen. Then one day she says, 'I think I like Kanye.' I was like, 'Since when?'"

She might be the only one that actually likes Kanye... come on the guy is asking to be hated...

Khloe Kardashian Tells 'British Cosmopolitan', She Was Prettier Before She Was Famous

Khloe Kardashian openly claims that she was better looking before she was famous. That, in a new interview with British Cosmopolitan in which she covers the mag's June issue.

"I'm confident in who I am. I've always known that I'm not Kim and I'm not Kourtney. I've always been okay with that."

"I probably thought I was prettier before I entered the spotlight, because being compared to somebody else every day does sort of beat up your spirit and soul."

She says it was dealing with her father's death that caused her to gain weight.

"I'm pretty tough. I want to say I don't care, but of course [comments about my body] are going to sting. After my father died, I gained a lot of weight, and then I was in the spotlight. I was quickly criticized for not being a cookie-cutter sister like Kourtney and Kim. I lost about 30 pounds before I did ‘Kourtney And Khloé Take Miami.’"

She continues about being bullied by the public and media:

"It's so easy to fall victim to public bullying. I understand why so many people in this industry have eating disorders or want plastic surgery, and I'm proud I've done things the healthy way and haven't felt bullied into having my face operated on. I'm not against it. When I'm older, you never know."

So any plans to have a baby with hubby Lamar Odom?

"I do want to have a baby, but I don't feel the urgency to have one this very moment."

Former Kardashian Nanny Writes Tell-All Book!

A former Kardashian family nanny is spilling everything on the famed reality TV family in a new book titled, Malibu Nanny: Adventures of the Former Kardashian Nanny.

Pam Behan was just 19 in 1991 when she was hired by the klan -- long before the Kardashians became a household name in America.

Kris Kardashian, she says is the main family member pulling the strings.

“Kris wants what she wants, when she wants it, which is usually now!’ ”

“Especially as hired help, there were good times and bad times.”

She says that Kris let her go because she forget to get broccoli at the grocery store.

“I can’t believe you forgot the f---ing broccoli!” Kris Jenner belted out.

“I had mentally started packing my bags — I was going to quit. And all this, over broccoli!” said Behan.

Bruce has some dirt too; Behan says that she told the family a story about her losing a 300-meter race on her high school track team.

“Bruce grimaced and uttered in a pained voice, ‘Never ever tell that story again in my house,’ ” she recalled.

Even more, he had a problem with her nose saying,

“You could use a little taken off your nose!” Jenner said.

Ford Apologizes For Ad Featuring Gagged, Bound Paris Hilton & Kardashians (PHOTO)

Ford is apologizing for a leaked ad they ran featuring a cartoon charter drawing of Paris Hilton and the Kardashian sisters tied up and gagged in the trunk of a car.

The ad was created by the automaker’s India-based advertisement team, JWT India, in the ad the tagline reads: “Leave your worries behind with Figo's extra large boot.”

Ford's formal apology read:

"We deeply regret the publishing of posters that were distasteful and contrary to the standards of professionalism and decency within WPP Group. These were never intended for paid publication and should never have been created, let alone uploaded to the Internet.

We deeply regret this incident and agree with our agency partners that it should have never happened. The posters are contrary to the standards of professionalism and decency within Ford and our agency partners."

The ads were pulled soon after they were leaked.

AmoreMagazine.com's Kate Casey: Kris Jenner Is “Demanding and Narcissistic”

InTouch Weekly wrote a check to Robert Kardashian’s widow who was willing to fork over his old diaries and most recently Kris Jenner’s psychiatric evaluation from their 90s divorce battle. The mental health evaluation report allegedly took place during Kris’ divorce from the late Robert Kardashian and is an official court document. She must have had those files saved in a safety deposit box in the middle of a desert for safekeeping. Seems like a strange thing to just keep around considering he died more than 10 years ago.

Kris is described as “narcissistic…[with] a marked elevation of the narcissistic scale,” according to a new report from In Touch magazine. She is also slammed for her actions and responses, with the report describing her as “demanding,” “manipulative,” and having “a Cinderella attitude where situations resulted in everyone living ‘happily ever after.’” The evaluation of Kris, 57, who is now married to Bruce Jenner, said she “believed she was a loving mother to her children,” however, “her sense of self is based much more on fantasy than realistic considerations.” Robert claimed that his wife was “reckless and non-motherly.”

It kind of makes sense, no? Telling everyone her daughter’s second trip down the aisle was like a royal wedding even though her claim to fame was a Vivid video made with her quasi-rapper ex-boyfriend? Dressing like she is one of her 30-year-old daughters? Forcing her miserable diamond earring-wearing husband to remain married to her in order to protect her brand? Overlooking her daughter’s high school education so they can have their own breakout reality show or be able to model for a Japanese bag line? Bankrolling her lazy son’s luxury sock line so he has somewhere to go when he’s not playing video games and reorganizing his closets? Etc. Etc.

Come to think about it…. Maybe she should leave Bruce and shack up with my dad?

From my dad’s most recent letter to me:

“I wonder if you are watching Downtown Abbey on PBS, it is all the rage around here. I can relate to a lot of it, being half English, and living in England myself.”

This is the same guy that speaks with a fake Irish accent, now goes by his Gaelic name, and claims he was a part of major historical moments in Irish political history over the last 30 years. Now he relates to a show about English aristocracy and their servants.

They could be good together. Bruce could get the divorce he so badly wants and Kris and my dad could have a spin off show called Crazy Love. Could be a ratings hit.

Khloe Kardashian to 'Glamour', "I’m Happy With Myself If I’m A Little Heavier."

Khloe Kardashian is fine just the way she is; even with her body weight. That, she tells the February issue of Glamour magazine.

“A few years ago I lost 30 pounds, and people still wanted to criticize, and honestly, I’m happy with myself if I’m a little heavier.”

Kardashian continues, ”I realized: Why am I trying to conform to someone else’s idea of beauty? I think I’m beautiful either way.”

The Kardashian-Jenners want to wish you a Merry Christmas! To do it they fam have released their official Christmas card for all of you.

The card features the entire clan - Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Rob Kardashian, Bruce Jenner, Mason Disick, Scott Disick, Penelope Disick, Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian-Odom, Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kendall Jenner - surrounded by white balloons and silver confetti. Of course!

Khloe Kardashian-Odom told Ellen DeGenerous on her show:

"Every Christmas, we're always together. Step-brothers, sisters, everything. All 10 kids, and then everyone's girlfriend, boyfriend, this, that. The older we get, the more we stick together. . . [And now] the babies are getting older and loving the holidays more and more. It's really fun."
