Lindsay Lohan is basically telling Charlie Sheen to F*** off.
The story goes like this - Charlie offered to mentor her. She doesn't want, or even feel she needs his mentoring.
According to a source that told TMZ:
...while she appreciates everything Sheen has done for her -- and he's done a lot -- she would NEVER take him as a mentor. She's saying she knows her life is "out of control," but doesn't think the precept, "It takes one to know one," is the way to go.

Her castmates, however, made $250,000 each. This is why they make every effort to shill side projects like hair glue, extensions, eyelashes, plastic satchels, and wine. In addition night clubs will pay them a fee to show up, sit in a booth, make a toast, and get pictures taken on their step and repeat. Every time you see one of these reality stars at a club in Las Vegas know that they are getting paid to be there.
Kim Kardashian was paid an estimated $600,000 to appear at Tao on New Years Eve’s in 2011. The fee was part of a large, multi-event deal. Scott Disick commands a personal appearance fee of $100,000 to $250,000 per event. Stacy Keibler used to demand $10,000 for personal appearances, but according to party planners she now charges $25,000.
Radar Online is reporting Lindsay Lohan is being offered $200,000 to make an appearance in Dubai (and all travel expenses) to promote Mr. Pink’s Ginseng Energy Drink, though she is demanding $500,000.
Perhaps most astonishing is that Paris Hilton was paid a $100,000 personal appearance this weekend to celebrate her 32nd birthday at Peek nightclub at Harrah’s Casino in Lake Tahoe. Because I am sure your idea of a good time is paying a fee to stand in a crowd at a night club in Lake Tahoe watching her fall over on stage because she’s too wasted to stand on her own skeletal legs. Also at some point don’t you need to wrap up the night club birthday celebration? She’s been doing this for at least 12 years now. Why not mix it up with some drinks and dinner on Skid Row? What about a quiet night with friends in the county jail? Just change it up a bit?
Imagine if we got paid to show up places? Can’t say that it would be very interesting on my end. You could watch me sing Debbie Gibson’s Electric Youth in my maternity jeans.

Lindsay Lohan acted like a child on the set of The Canyons, if you can believe it. That, according to her co-star and full-time adult film star James Deen in an interview with The Sun.
"There were days when she would scream and yell and cry and refuse to come out,in porn I am used to working with professionals who are courteous to others. But Lindsay was like a child lashing out."
"We were all standing round naked and the next thing Lindsay was screaming, 'Put your clothes on. For the love of God put your clothes on,'" he told The Sun. "So we all put our robes on. But then she sat on the bed topless. When I asked her why she said she was 'allowed to.' With that I dropped my towel and she stormed off set. She then refused to return until the entire crew stripped."
And on some of the intimate scenes in the film that he had with Lindsay, he told The Huffington Post.
"We didn't have sex. Yes, it's a four-way. Sure, you see boobs and ass. ... It's a plot-driver, and it was shot in a way where you're not thinking it's just four people having sex."

Yes, Lindsay Lohan was arrested and charged with third-degree assault early Thursday morning in NYC.
Via People, Det. Mark Nell of the NYPD said:
"This morning at 4 a dispute broke out at Avenue located at 116 10th Avenue. A female 26-year-old assaulted a female 28-year old. Lindsay Lohan was arrested and charged with assault."
"She punched her in the face."
By 8 a.m., Nell said, Lohan "has now left the precinct and was given a desk appearance at a later date."
The other woman according to a report by TMZ claims the other woman to be Tiffany Eve Mitchell, of West Palm Beach, Fla.
All this while Lohan is currently on probation... Yikes!
