Jennifer Lopez has had a long and successful career and right now she still seems to be on top of the world!

Also a big part of her life is the many loves that she has had. Jennifer opens up to People magazine for their lastest issues' cover story in which she talks about her split from ex-husband Marc Anthony and at the time it felt like her whole world fell apart.

Now Jennifer, 43, is dating her 25 year-old boyfriend Casper Smart whom helped her get over her divorce. (Sure he did!!)

"I just got out of a big, heavy, devastating thing, and he's helped me heal, he's been there for me."

And on her age difference?

"I ask him, 'Why don't you go find a young girlfriend and get out of here? What do you want with me?' And you think, 'How long is this gone be?' You think, 'Okay, in 10 years I'm going to be like this and you're going to be like that' and … men at that age are … I think all different things. The truth is we don't know what's going to happen. We're loving this moment right now. We make each other happy."

And she says that she has no regrets so far:

"I don't regret those things – that's who I am," she says. "But at least now I'm at a point where I have to recognize that these choices and things that happen are partly because of me and my decisions and I have to be more careful. So I am being more careful."

Between music, television, and love it seems as though JLo has it all!

Will Jennifer Lopez ever marry again? The singer/actress/American Idol judge took her response to that very question to The Today Show on Monday morning where she is still trying to get over the seperation from her husband Marc Anthony.

Jennifer is currently dating 20-something Casper Smart who was a back-up dancer for the star.

"It's not the time to think about [marriage] yet."

"Marc and I were friends before we got married, we were friends for years."

"We always loved each other and we always worked together. So, it wasn't an unnatural thing for us. It's not like he's not going to be in my life, we have kids together - he's always going to be in my life. [Q'Viva!'] really is a passion project for us," she continued.

Q'Viva! is a new show she is working on with Marc.

Marc Anthony has moved on when it comes to his love life. Not long after he and Jennifer Lopez separated, she took to dating a much younger guy, well guess what? Marc has found himself a much younger girl.

She's Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima, and on Tuesday the 43 year-old singer tweeted about his new 24 year-old love.

"To Shannon, my statue of liberty. Kisses baby!"

Marc's son, whom he adopted from a previous relationship tweeted about the new romance of his father-

"To all my followers and all Twitter peeps, follow the best couple of 2012 and for many for years Marc Anthony and Shannon De Lima!"

So she's 24, and Casper Smart, Jen's beau is 24. That must be a lucky number for them??
