Amore Magazine: Mike Sorrentino

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino isn't very pleased with "the situation" his father has put him in right now. After a series of web videos hit the net on Wednesday produced by his dad Frank Sorrentino.

One of the videos titled, F- the Little F-, where Mike's dad says,

“He put me in more confrontations than any boy I ever had." Seeming to speak directly to his son, Frank tells the 28-year-old reality TV star, "You’re all for yourself….You’re full of --."

"I know you, I stood up for you," he goes on. "I put my f-- balls on the line for you a hundred f-- times...when you couldn’t. I ask you one f--- favor and you tell me to go f-- be like a regular f-- Joe Blow and go on welfare? No, my friend. I don’t do that."

"You know what Mike, when you get to the top and you forget where you come from, somebody should remind you. I just want to remind you. That’s it. I love my son, but he broke my heart. And that’s what this is all about."

Awe isn't this cute, the father of a now star making pleas to their child because said child is rich.

'Jersey Shore' Cast Could Make $100,000 Per Episode!

Jersey Shore cast members have to be really happy right now. The whole cast is getting a raise for the reality series forth season. According to Entertainment Weekly, the eight cast members will be paid about $100,000 an episode.

Multiple sources close to the matter tell EW the deal has members of the “core group” now pulling down at least $100,000 per episode, especially once you factor in their bonus structure. Each season is usually 13 episodes.

That's way up from about $10,000 per episode for season three.

The forth season is set to start shooting in Italy in May.

'Jersey Shore' in Italy? Good Luck With That!

America may love the Jersey Shore but does Italy? Not so much!

As the NY Post reports,

"They embody the worst stereotypes of Italians, multiplied by thousands and Americanized," columnist Roberto Del Bove lamented in the Rome newspaper New Notzie.

"Slicked hair, exaggerated narcissism, boundless love for the family and outlandish eccentricity" is how Snooki and company were described yesterday in another major Rome newspaper, Corriere della Sera.

This could be interesting how it plays out as the forth season of the hit MTV reality show is set to shoot in Italy.

The Part of The Donald Trump Roast You Didn't See on 'Comedy Central' According to The Situation

By now we're sure you've heard all the wise jokes that The Situation laid out at the Donald Trump Roast on Comedy Central this week, but TMZ posted the text from what you didn't see on TV that was considered racist among other things.. such as...

"Yo Snoop, what up dawg ... you know you have so much in common with Donald Trump?
Trump's ancestors were into real estate ... and your ancestors were considered property."

The boos from the crowd didn't stop and neither did The Sitch. Ouch! Stick to reality TV, scripted just doesn't work for you, man.

AmoreMagazine.com's Kate Casey: 'Jersey Shore' Reminds Me of College

I think I know why I am fascinated by Jersey Shore. It's like experiencing college all over again. Producers force the castmates to live in a beach shack despite receiving a sizeable payout per episode. They are required to share bedrooms and sleep on twin beds. The kitchen is stacked with dirty dishes and pizza boxes. Their communal bathroom looks like a war zone. My dorm in Cuvilly Hall at Trinity College had a World War II era bed and a questionably sterilized mattress pad. Half of my meals sophomore year were made on a hot plate. I showered in flip-flops for four years because I was paranoid I would contract athlete's foot and eventually need to get my leg amputated.

Jersey Shore has no shortage of fights. I had an epic showdown with Miller over whether you should boil or fry a hot dog. Jersey Shore castmates have a standing Sunday “family” dinner. We used to sit on lawn chairs in Kathleen’s room. Jersey Shore’s social life consists of the gym, Laundromat, and the neighborhood bar. We frequented “Uncles” liquor store, and the deli on Michigan Avenue.

I loved college. If I could go back in time I would be a perpetual junior enjoying The Irish Times, classes that never started before 10:00, and taco bar in the cafeteria. I have never made it through a college friend's wedding without crying at least once. My melt down usually occurs between my 80s dance sequence and the cutting of the cake and features a sad monologue about how much I wished we were all together again. I snap out of it when I am reminded we live in the information age and have access to cell phones and email.

Remembering those years is like opening a time capsule into when life was simpler. Now we all have careers, children, spouses, and other responsibilities. It's not as exciting as pre-gaming with a round of beer pong, dancing in the basement of an Irish bar, ordering Domino's pizza from a cab on the way home, and then falling asleep in the middle of a Tracy Gold movie marathon amongst your best friends.

Snooki WILL NOT Be Inside Ball On New Year's Eve!

Remember that story we told you about where Snooki would be in the New Years Eve ball in Times Square as it drops?! Yeah, well it's not happening.

As posted on The Hollywood Reporter,

The request "came too late and was too impractical to fit in to our outdoor events," the statement reads.

But even "the request to have her in a separate ball on a set-back roof" was not allowed.

MTV had planned to not only feature Snooki, but the other castmembers of the hit reality show who were planning to lead the crowd in a massive fist pumping demonstration -- an attempt to break a Guinness world record.

Yeah OK, the Jersey Shore cast maybe powerful, but as you can see they are not that powerful. We wonder if the Kardashians could have pulled this one off...
