Miley Cyrus talks to Cosmopolitan for the magazine's December issue in which she covers, about her controversial VMA performance and celebrities who love and hate her.

On this past year?

“Everything is so chaotic and crazy right now and it’s so much all at once, but I’m living for it. I’m just having the best time ever and everything’s falling into place like it’s supposed to. Even people who want to hate on me, they can’t even shut down the fact that I’m literally what everyone is talking about.”

On her VMA performance?

“What if I hadn’t done that performance? The VMAs would have been bad. They would have been missing something.”

And on her perception by others?

“At the end of the day, I would say I’m a nice person, and I take pride in the fact that I treat everyone really well, so there’s no reason for anyone to ever come at me because I only want the best for everybody else… [I] don’t throw shade. I don’t ever throw shade at anyone.”

Who does she have love for in the biz?

“Kanye West is one of those people, and even Katy Perry has been so cool… I mean, who cares what the media buzz is if Kanye West is telling you that you’re the s**t?”

Miley Cyrus continues to open her mouth about many subjects - what she is trying to accomplish with all of this is beyond us.

The latest interview for a cover story in Rolling Stone magazine in which the pop-star poses topless talks double standards with her MTV VMA performance and more.

On her MTV Video Music Awards performance with Robin Thicke:

“I think it’s an important time not to Google myself."

“Honestly, that was our MTV version,” Cyrus tells the magazine. “We could have even gone further, but we didn’t. I thought that’s what the VMAs were all about! It’s not the Grammys or the Oscars. You’re not supposed to show up in a gown, Vanna White-style… It’s supposed to be fun!”

“I wasn’t trying to be sexy. If I was trying to be sexy, I could have been sexy. I can dance a lot better than I was dancing.”

And when it comes to twerking:

“People are like, ‘Miley thinks she’s a black girl, but she’s got the flattest ass ever,’” says the star. “I’m like, I’m 108 pounds! I know! Now people expect me to come out and twerk with my tongue out all the time. I’ll probably never do that sh*t again.”

And on Robin Thicke?

“No one is talking about the man behind the ass,” says Cyrus. “It was a lot of ‘Miley twerks on Robin Thicke,’ but never, ‘Robin Thicke grinds up on Miley.’ They’re only talking about the one that bent over. So obviously there’s a double standard.”

Miley Cyrus has some words for you all about her attitude lately in the pages of Harper's Bazaar in which she covers the October issue.

She says that she is set for world domination:

“I started trying to take over the world.”

She continues:

“I was an adult when I was supposed to be a kid, so now I’m an adult and I’m acting like a kid.”

As for her pal Justin Bieber?

“I’m not saying you need to take a break because you’re crazy. I’m saying you need to take a break so you can be crazy, and people aren’t going to judge you. You’re going to do dumb stuff from here on out. But do it in your own time. Do it safely. You can afford to protect yourself and still have fun.”

Honesty again! Got to love Miley for that!
