Nicki Minaj Will NOT Return to 'American Idol' After This Season
Nicki Minaj will NOT return as a judge on American Idol next season - this comes after Randy Jackson announced he will not return and rumors of the rest of the judgeship getting fired.
According to an insider that told Us Weekly:
"It's safe to say she isn't coming back to Idol. She's okay with it. She had a great time but was only going to do one season anyway."
Since joining the show, Nicki had an ongoing feud with fellow judge Mariah Carey. At least this may now come to an end.
As for what's next for Idol and the show's declining ratings, that's still TBD.

Nicki Minaj To 'Teen Vogue' Says She Doesn't Have Time To Play Childish Games (PHOTO)

Nicki Minaj says that she doesn't have any time to play games with anyone in Hollywood, often comparing it to her days as a youth in Queens.
She tells the June issue of Teen Vogue in which she covers,
“People treat this business like it’s high school. It can absolutely feel like one big popularity contest, and you know what? I can’t be bothered."
She continues, “I can’t allow myself to play ridiculous games with grown adults in the industry. I can’t be nice to someone just because they’re hot right now. I can’t do it.”
She says that she will not buy into the negative comments from people who criticize her.
“I used to read the bad things people said about me. Then I asked myself, Why am I reading that when I have millions of people saying great things?” says Minaj. ”You cannot give negativity power.”
