Taylor Swift has had many loves, but sometimes she claims in an interview with Vibe magazine that she just wants to be alone.
“Independence is something I’ve always needed, from when I was young.”
“But I love the idea of romance and falling in love. I’ve never really had a long relationship. So that’s something I think about for the future.”
“It’s an interesting part of my personality: Part of me just wants to be alone."
The reason she can't have a long relationship is due to her career, saying:
“I just know that if you’re not careful with things they can go away. I’ve seen people with careers that were great until they started taking them for granted. And I’m scared of that.”
Let's face it Taylor, if you were alone all the time you wouldn't have anything to write songs about.

Miley Cyrus must now have a full time job of just causing trouble on Twitter. This one might have gone a bit too far for another songstress.
Miley posted a photo to her Twitter of herself in bed with a cardboard cut-out of Harry Styles. Yes, One Direction's Harry Styles and now ex-boyfriend of Taylor Swift. Miley was celebrating her younger sister Noah's birthday.
"All I want for my birrffffday is a big booty hoe," she tweeted. "All wants for her BIRFFFDAY is "
She followed with this tweet:
"In no way do I want Harry. No offense," she added. "I'm sure that'll be a story now 2. I'm happily engaged. Just got saucy with a cardboard cut-out."
