Will Ferrell 'MTV Movie Awards' Acceptance Speech Interrupted By Aubrey Plaza (VIDEO)

It didn't take long for Will Ferrell to get many laughs at the MTV Movie Awards - as he was so rudly interrupted during his acceptance speech by Aubrey Plaza on Sunday. That move alone got the actress throw out.

Will won the Comedic Genius Award for Anchorman and Old School. Aubrey came up on stage and tried to take his trophy from him.

The best thing is that according to MTV the whole thing was NOT a stunt. Maybe the duo had their own plans set to give the crowd a laugh.

After the show Aubrey tweeted:

“thanks for the advice went better than planned! #mtvmovieawards #chrisbosh #thesecret”

Will Ferrell Poses As Staples Center Usher During Los Angeles Lakers Game (VIDEO)

Will Ferrell was taking it to the court on Tuesday night when he posed as a court-side usher at the Los Angeles Lakers game.

Decked out as a Staples Center usher wearing a red sports-coat with the name tag Ted Vagina, he even ejected Shaquille O'Neal and removed him from the court.

No one knows the purpose of the act, but for whatever reason it was sure funny!!

Will Ferrell (As Ron Burgundy) Announces There Will Be An 'Anchorman 2' on 'Conan'

It only took eight years, but anchorman Ron Burgundy will be back on the big screen reading the news in the only way he knows how.

Will Ferrell who stars as Ron Burgundy made the announcement on Wednesday in a unique way on Conan (video above.)

"To everyone here in the Americas. To our friends in Spain, Turkey and the UK including England," Ferrell-as-Burgundy addressed the crowd, "as of 0900 mountain time, Paramount Pictures and myself . . . have come to terms on a sequel to Anchorman." He also regaled the Conan crowd with a flute solo.

Will Ferrell Adds Lizzy Caplan and Kirsten Dunst to Star in New Independent Comedy

He's as funny as they come and when he being Will Ferrell adds to his talent pool on a comedy we know it'll the a huge success.

Lizzy Caplan and Kirsten D unst have signed on to star in the Will Ferrell produced independent comedy tentatively titled Bachelorette.

The story follows three best friends (two of whom would be played by Caplan and Dunst) who are invited to act as bridesmaids at the wedding of a girl they called “Pigface” in high school. The producers are still in the process of casting the third best friend.

Caplan’s character is described as having a Playboy Bunny body with a Larry David brain. Dunst's character appearance is described as crisp and severe, and she is referred to as your best friend and your worst enemy.

Hello, Anna Faris in The House Bunny!

With this much talent it should be a big hit.

Will Ferrell To Join "The Office"

Will Ferrell will join the cast of The Office for four episodes. On the hit NBC comedy show he'll play a branch manager who comes from the home office.

The episodes will over lap Steve Carell leaving the show.

Via Deadline,

“We found Steve Carell when he was nothing but a movie star and we turned him into a television star,” said The Office exec producer Paul Lieberstein “We are proud to continue The Office’s tradition of discovering famous talent, and we hope that once America gets a good look at Will, they’ll see what we see, tremendous raw sexuality.”
