Lindsay Lohan Covers "Vanity Fair" October 2010

Lindsay Lohan is out of jail, out of rehab, but before doing all that she was quite the busy girl. She posed for Maxim magazine covering their September 2010 issue -- now the interview highlights/cover for the October issue of Vanity Fair issue has been released featuring the 24 year-old actress.

Lohan tells VF she admits to making mistakes, knows she is a good actress, and wants to dismiss her "party girl" image.

ON THE PEOPLE AROUND HER:

"So many people around me would say they cared for the wrong reasons," Lohan said. "A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party."

ON HER ACTING SKILLS:

"I don't care what anyone says. I know that I'm a damn good actress."

ON BEING CONSIDERED A "PARTY GIRL":

"I want my career back," she said. "I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It's not fun anyway."

ON HER RELATIONSHIP WITH FATHER MICHAEL LOHAN:

"I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life."

The October issue of "Vanity Fair" hits newsstands nationwide on September 7th.

UPDATE: Paris Hilton Las Vegas Drug Arrest "It was gum."

UPDATE: Now Paris Hilton is saying she thought the cocaine that fell out of her purse during her Las Vegas arrest on Friday night was actually gum. She originally was running with the story that a friend of hers borrowed her purse and left cocaine in it to "set her up" because Paris hate cocaine so much.

We didn't know Wrigley's got into the cocaine business?! Did you?

Chad Lowe Marries Longtime Girlfriend Kim Painter

Chad Lowe is now a married man. The 42 year-old actor tied the knot on Saturday with longtime girlfriend/film producer Kim Painter in Los Angeles.

The couple started dating in early 2007 and have one child together Mabel, who was born in May 2009.

Lowe currently star in the ABC Family show Pretty Little Liars.

Slash to Get a Divorce From Wife of Nine Years

Long time Guns-n-Roses guitarist Slash is filing for divorce from his wife Perla Ferrar after nine years of marriage.

According to TMZ,

Legal docs just filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Slash -- real name Saul Hudson -- cites irreconcilable differences. Slash and wife Perla Ferrar have two boys, age 6 and 8. Slash is asking for joint physical and legal custody.

Slash, who is repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser, is willing to pay spousal support, according to the docs. There is no prenup.

According to the divorce papers the couple separated on July 15 of this year.

Did Sofia Vergara Make Good on Her Promise of Running Nude for Winning Emmy?!

Much build up had been gaining since an ad appeared in trade papers in July that stated if the ABC comedy Modern Family won "Outstanding Comedy" show star Sofia Vergara would run nude in Hollywood. Well guess what? It won! How ever in fine print the ad also stated that, "cast member may change without notice."

Here's the catch, did she do the deed already?

People reports,

"Yes, I mean, I'm fast. I run fast," she told a skeptical Billy Bush after the show won the award. "They zipped me and they sent me to do press."

Backing up her story: Vergara's Modern Family costar Julie Bowen. "When we went back to the press room, she had made a left turn and we all made a right turn," Bowen tells PEOPLE. "So for about 20 minutes, she was missing."

When she returned, Bowen says Vergara replied that she "went to run nude down Sunset Boulevard. No one was there. So I did it. It's over … 'No one said I had to do it at a certain time.' "

So did she really do it? Granted every Hollywood outlet from TMZ to Deadline weren't waiting to capture the moment, but surely someone must have seen her run naked down Sunset Blvd.

Kim Kardashian Pisses Off Sephora Over Exclusive Sales of Her Fragrance Line

Kim Kardashian has a lot of businesses and with those come contracts -- however it seems there might be a breach of one contract. The reality star has upset Sephora over and exclusive deal to sell her fragrance line.

As posted on Page Six,

The reality star and the fragrance's manufacturer and branding company, Lighthouse Beauty, inked a deal with Sephora to exclusively sell the perfume, which is now its top-seller. But a rep for Kardashian confirmed that Lighthouse Beauty plans to widen distribution to other stores including Target and Macy's.

Sources say Sephora bosses are so disappointed, they plan to pull Kim's fragrance and have canceled some of her upcoming in-store appearances. "Her contract with Sephora was ending, but they wanted her to stay," said a source.

When you're in every industry in the fashion biz what's one retailer, right? This begs the question does Sephora really need Kim Kardashian or does Kim Kardashian need Sephora?

Jared Evan has premiered the video for his single In Love With You. The explosive track that closed last week's episode of Entourage will appear on Jared's Interscope Records debut, Fourth Chapter. In Love With You embodies the intoxicating rock/rap/pop blend heard on the album which is executive produced by Polow Da Don and Jimmy Douglass.

"To me it carries an angry tone, like I'm mad at you right now, but I still love you," says Jared whose passion for rock music shines through on the track.
