Steven Tyler is doing well after he fell in his hotel bathroom on Tuesday while on tour in Paraguay.
The reason for the fall according to his manager as posted on People was due to food poisoning.
"Steven Tyler suffered minor injuries as a result of food poisoning. He was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released."
We hope the best for him!
