Miley Cyrus Is Not Engaged, She Just Wants You To Think She Is!

Is Miley Cyrus engaged? Probably not, but she likes to have the world thinking that she is.

On Thursday the songstress and actress posted a photo of her left hand to Twitter to show her nail foundations, but what people really wanted to know about was the big ol'diamond ring on her hand!

She tweeted:

"I am sooo obsessed with nail foundations!"

All friends and sources are denying that she is engaged to her boyfriend of 3-years, Liam Hemsworth.

If it was publicity she wanted, she got it!
