Pink Wasn't Allowed to Watch MTV When She Was A Kid

Pink will perform during the MTV Video Music Awards this year, but there was a time when Pink wasn't even allowed to watch MTV.

As posted on People:

"My mom never used to let me watch MTV as a little girl."

"I would watch it anyway, but she would also try and ground me, I would just sneak out my window and go to someone's house that had MTV. So to be on MTV is quite ironic."

Didn't we all do that when we were kids?! OK, so we had cool parents!
