If you want to go celebrity spotting in a big way – then go to Las Vegas. Not only are you likely to see various celebrities in the trendiest casino establishments – you’re also most likely to see them at their most “vulnerable” (for which, read “drunk”).
This was certainly the case last August when British Prince Harry and a few of his friends were really living it up courtesy of U.S. gambling billionaire, Steve Wynn who owns the opulent Vegas Encore Wynn and four other casinos including the Wynn Macau casino and the Wynn Las Vegas hotel and casino complex.
Harry caused a bit of a media storm when he was snapped talking on a mobile phone wearing nothing but a necklace - with a naked girl hiding behind him after they’d played a game of strip pool in his luxurious Encore Wynn Las Vegas suite.
Other celebs who’ve been spotted in Vegas casinos of late include P. Diddy, Usher Raymond and Leighton Meester who were hosting at different clubs on the strip, while Justin Timberlake was spotted gambling in the casinos.
Meanwhile, Eva Longoria Parker recently opened her new nightclub, “Eve”, where a few days after, Kristin Cavallari from the Hills enjoyed her birthday celebration.
Of course, if you want to be really certain to see the celebrities, then that is perhaps more easily arranged in the Las Vegas venues and casinos than virtually anywhere else on the planet. For example, if you’re interested, you would recently have been able to go and see concerts and shows along the strip starring people as diverse as Donny & Marie Osmond, Holly Madison, Kid Rock, David Spade or many others.
In fact, celebrities are such a regular feature at some of the biggest and best casinos around that we think it’s high time they started to make an appearance in the virtual world, too. After all, if you visit some of the very best virtual casinos around, like the Betfair Casino for example where the graphics really have to be seen to be believed – wouldn’t it be awesome if you were able to bump into your favorite (virtual…) celebs at the tables? As far as we’re aware, this hasn’t happened yet, but it’s surely just a matter of time before you’ll be able to play alongside the celebrity of your own choosing – in a virtual way at least!
