Charlie Sheen took a little break from his Violent Torpedo of Truth/ Defeat is Not and Option Tour to fly to Los Angeles to defend himself against ex-wife Brooke Mueller in a full custody battle of their twin two year-old sons, Max and Bob.

According to a source, a judge in Los Angeles presiding over a closed door hearing just allowed Mueller to maintain primary legal and physical custody despite a well-publicized relapse in her crack cocaine addiction.

Despite appearing "unsteady on her feet" and "glassy-eyed" Mueller was all smiles as she left the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

Charlie then chartered a private jet to Washington, DC where he took the stage only 67 mintues late... which is about an average start time for his shows.

Charlie Sheen probably wants to have a lot of sex with a lot of different women, alcohol and drugs. I.e. continue his life as normal. This might be the case except this time when he does it it will be far, far away from Hollywood and all the paparazzi.

Charlie Sheen boarded his private jet this afternoon along with his two new girlfriends and ex-wife Brooke Mueller ... and took off for an island near the Bahamas for a private adult vacation ... TMZ has learned.

He is due on the Two and a Half Men set on Tuesday. Something tells us he'll actually make it on time - which is kinda crazy talk.

All this comes after Wednesday we find out that Brooke will be moving next-door to Charlie for their kids sake.

Charlie Sheen is at it again, he trashed a midtown hotel in NYC while naked. And no we did not make this one up! As The New York Post is reported,

Security at The Plaza Hotel on Fifth Avenue called police just after 2 a.m. where they found the hard-partying Sheen, sources told The Post.

Tables and chairs had been thrown around the room and a chandelier was also damaged, sources said.

"The Two and a Half Men" star was accompanied to New York Hospital by his ex-wife Denise Richards, who was staying in a separate room.

The reason? Some chick stole his wallet.

After he returned to his room with an unidentified woman, he noticed his wallet was missing, causing him to fly into a rage, sources said.

It was just last year the Two and a Half Men star had gotten into a fight with his ex-wife Brooke Mueller in Aspen.

She took your wallet and you decide to destroy a hotel suite over it. Really?

Later it was reporter by Us magazine that Charlie was also found naked in the room.
