Erin Andrews wants money... and lots of it.

The ESPN reporter is suing for $10 million stemming from a 2008 incident in which a man by the name of Michael Barrett secretly video taped her through a hole while Erin was nude in her hotel room in Nashville.

In the suit, which was originally filed last year, and just refiled to ensure the statute of limitations did not run out, Andrews asks for $6 million from the West End Marriott (plus costs and interests) and another $4 million from Michael Barrett, who plead guilty to stalking her. In 2010, he was sentenced to two and a half years in federal prison.

The suit alleges that the hotel was guilty of negligence for allowing Barrett – who had previously videotaped Andrews in other cities, according to prosecutors – to learn that she was staying at the hotel and book a neighboring room.

For the better part of 2009 Erin Andrews was on the good side of the law -- well now her dance partner on Dancing With the Stars Maksim Chmerkovskiy is on the bad side of the law.

According to TMZ after last night's broadcast of DWTS Maksim was pulled over for burning rubber after dining with Ms. Andrews.

The cop must have voted for them.

Recent email death threats towards Erin Andrews have surfaced. The emails sent to The Dan Patrick Show including one that read, "Somebody should shoot her in the face."

Andrews told People of the most recent threats,

Fanhouse's David Whitley has an interesting take on the whole Erin Andrews peep hole video that has since being leaked been absent from media talk. In Whitley's column he does mention the photo she posed for in the September issue of GQ one in which sports fans all across this great country can be proud of (the photos for the spread were taken pre-peep hole controversy.)

So when will we see Erin on TV again on a regular basis? Maybe when people stop treating her like Britney Spears!

It's a possibility that the video that surfaced on the internet of ESPN Sportscaster Erin Andrews naked in her hotel room was done by someone within the production crew of the sports network.

This has been a total invasion of privacy, it's only a matter of time before the peeping tom is caught.
